Custom Jewelry Design

To place a custom order, a 5 KWD non-refundable deposit is required. The options for custom designs are listed below, but please review all the details before proceeding.

The final price of the piece may vary based on the stone you choose, as some are larger or more expensive than others, which may require special ordering. The complexity of the design and the time spent crafting it will also influence the final price.

Your custom design options are:

Once you've selected your custom design and paid the deposit, I will reach out to you via email to discuss details such as the stone, colors, and design preferences. After confirming the details and receiving full payment, I will begin creating your piece.

If a stone needs to be specially ordered, please note that this may take additional time (sometimes up to a month). However, rest assured that I’ll be imagining your custom piece while waiting for the stone to arrive! I can't wait to craft the perfect piece of jewellery for you!

Important Information About Your Jewelry:

• The thread is waxed, which may darken the final color when pulled tightly. Keep this in mind when selecting thread colors, as the final result may differ slightly from the photos.
• All pieces are adjustable (except rings and earrings).
• To extend the life of your jewelry, please refer to the care instructions provided below.

Timeframe:

If you’ve paid a deposit and I reach out to discuss your order but don’t receive a response within 30 days, I will consider the order forfeited and will not follow up further.

Timeline & Payment Policy:

Creating a custom piece is a collaborative process, and I want to ensure your vision comes to life smoothly. Below is the timeline you can expect:

1. Design Phase – First Draft

   • You will receive the first version of your design within two weeks of placing your order.
   • You will have 3 days to review and provide feedback. If no feedback is received within this time, I will proceed with the design as-is.

2. Design Refinement

   • After incorporating your feedback, you will receive a revised version of the design.
   • You will have 3 days to review and approve any final adjustments.

3. Creation, Payment, and Shipping

   • Once the design is approved, the remaining payment is due before delivery.
   • Your custom piece will be handcrafted with care and shipped within 3-5 days after payment.
     

Keeping Designs Unique:

Please note that while you’re welcome to send inspiration from past pieces, each piece I create is unique, and I will not copy previous designs. I’m happy to design something similar with your own personalized twist to make it truly yours.

Pricing Policy

Custom orders are handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. As a result, discounts do not apply to custom pieces.
