I make each piece by hand in my Kuwait based studio. This means it takes some time to create them, so please allow 2-7 days for your pieces to be shipped. I do keep a small stock on hand, so if your piece has already been produced, delivery time may be as fast as 1- 2 days.

If for any reason there is a delay in processing your order and/or shipping, the Customer will be directly notified.

Local Delivery

 All deliveries are fulfilled through local delivery service providers. Delivery rates are based on a flat rate of 2 KWD. All orders 20+ KWD will receive free delivery.

International Shipping Outside Kuwait

All international shipping is fulfilled through Skynet. The rates are based on Skynet rates for tracked shipping.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
Once your order has been shipped, the approximate delivery times for each location are as follows:
GCC Countries: Allow ...... business days
Mx Knots is not responsible for the work of customs. The delivery of your purchase depends on how quickly customs process the package. 

Mx Knots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order. Mx Knots is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Mx Knots is not responsible for any custom fees involved with the delivery of packages for International orders.
